Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose of the Membership Payment

After your membership application is submitted, you select a membership plan (for example a trial, a term-based or a lifetime membership) and pay the fee of that plan online through Razorpay, the payment gateway of the Samaj.

The payment is the membership fee of the selected plan. It is collected towards processing and handling the membership application you submitted to Akhil Bharatiya Koli Samaj and towards providing the membership for the selected plan. On a successfully confirmed payment, a digital receipt is issued for your records and the validity period of your membership begins.

2. Non-Refundable Payment Policy

• The membership application processing fee is non-refundable once the payment has been successfully completed.
• The payment is not automatically refundable if the review of your application is delayed, or if the application is rejected or not approved.
• Submitting an application and completing the payment do not guarantee membership approval.
• Any refund that is required by applicable law, any correction of a duplicate payment, and any refund for a transaction that was demonstrably charged in error will be handled according to applicable law and the verified policy of the Samaj. Please contact us through the channels listed below.

Nothing in these terms limits or overrides your statutory rights as a payer under applicable law.

3. Application Review and Approval Timeline

• Every application is reviewed and verified by the authorised administration of the Samaj.
• The time required for a decision depends on document verification, the completeness of the information provided, the current workload and any additional verification that may be required.
• There is no guaranteed instant or fixed approval time unless the Samaj has published an official service timeline.
• You may be asked to provide clarification, or to correct incomplete or inaccurate information.
• A payment confirmation means that the fee was received — it does not mean that the membership application has already been approved.

4. Applicant Responsibilities

As an applicant you confirm that you will:

• Provide accurate and complete personal and contact information.
• Submit genuine and valid identity details and documents where required.
• Review all entered information carefully before submitting the application.
• Cooperate with the administration if further information or verification is requested.

5. Verification, Approval and Rejection

The administration verifies each application and takes the membership decision according to the applicable membership rules of the Samaj.

An application may be delayed, returned for correction, or rejected if the information provided is incomplete, inconsistent or invalid, or if it does not meet the applicable eligibility requirements. The decision on your application can be checked at any time on the Check Membership page using your application number and registered mobile number.

6. Communication and Contact

Application status updates and payment confirmations may be sent to you through the communication channels configured in the registration system — SMS and WhatsApp to your registered mobile number, and email where applicable. Please keep your registered mobile number reachable.

7. Acceptance of These Terms

By checking the "I have read and agree to the Membership Terms & Conditions" checkbox and submitting your application, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms.

Your acceptance is recorded together with your application, along with the date and time of acceptance and the policy version shown at the top of this page. The terms that apply to an application are the version that was published on this page at the time the application was submitted.
